Flair Image Consultancy in partnership with The Manila Times held another successful webinar titled, “Reinventing your business and social etiquette” on August 12 via Zoom.
The webinar was facilitated by Flair Image Consultancy Managing Director and Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) Philippine Chapter President Ginny Villegas – a Certified Etiquette Consultant by the Protocol School of Palm Beach (Florida) as well as Certified Image Consultant by the Association of Image Consultants International.
Part of a series of monthly webinars offered by Flair Image Consultancy on Image Development and Personal Branding, Villegas discussed the principles of etiquette and decorum, international and cross-cultural protocol, online etiquette and modes of adapting business and social etiquette to the new normal such as through alternative ways of greetings to the traditional handshake like with the elbow bump or the foot shake.
One participant said “the topic was tackled looking at the person in his true essence, which is not what you usually hear in a talk on etiquette.” She added that she liked what Villegas said that “we are not after rules but manners — showing consideration and being honest all the time.”
